As an adult, I desire to have my name entered on the roles to the Order of Centurions. I am aware that registration is not required, but is offered to all adult Christians who believe the tenets of the ancient faith as summarized in the Creed, say the Vow and will endeavor to follow the Rule

(Combat veterans and uniformed veteran leaders including police officers qualify for Tribunus designation this information will be used to support your nomination)

10. Would you like for the Primus Pilus to introduce you to the General Membership and release your email and other information? (Yes required for release: you may specify)
